The first course with 24 participants. The Drilling Technical College is founded with the goal of providing first class one year full-time drilling courses.1942
Introduction of the half-year Senior Driller course and of the special 3-month courses for shift leaders.1973
The two stage driller training is restructured to become a continuous course on the basis of the two-year courses at existing Technical Colleges.1990
Course for supervisors in the gas storage field.1993
The range of seminars and special courses is widened. The College is opened up to employees of non-member companies.1996
The College receives approval to run one-year courses for production and pipeline technology. The College establishes itself as one of the few colleges world-wide offering both one-year and two-year technology courses.30.08.2009
College open day celebrating the jubilee of “150 years crude oil and gas exploration in Germany” with the motto “The future needs a perspective.2011
Zertifizierung als Weiterbildungseinrichtung gemäß DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.2012
Akkreditierung als „IWCF-Primary Center“ vom International Well Control Forum, Montrose UK. Anerkennung als DVGW Kursstätte gemäß Arbeitsblatt GW 329 durch die Deutsche Vereinigung des Gas- und Wasserfachs. Jubiläum 75 Jahre Bohrmeisterschule Celle.
